Riverhouse and Shilo Inn are probably the closest to Cascades Academy, but all places in Bend would not be far. Once you find a place of interest, “Google” the motel/hotel and check on reviews.
The following campgrounds are nearby ~ check on availability with them:
- You can transfer (give, sell, auction, whatever) the ticket(s) to someone else for free.
Uke U will no longer be involved in the re-sale or transfer of tickets after they are purchased; you will be responsible for interacting with anyone who is interested in buying or selling your ticket(s). In the past folks have had success in posting on the Ukulele University Facebook page for both purchasing and selling tickets (include your email and phone number). Please do not contact us with the names of individuals who purchased your ticket(s) as we will not be keeping a record of re-sales and transfers. If you sell your ticket, it will be your responsibility to forward the festival tickets email to the purchaser who will then need to sign in at Uke U under your name. If you sell only 1 of your tickets and will be using the remaining ticket(s), you will need to sign in at Uke U for all your tickets and make arrangements to meet up with the purchaser so you can give them their wrist band..
- Ask us for a refund
Tickets will be refundable until June 1st, 2017 less a 30% processing and service fee.
Example: $125 ticket – $37.50 = $87.50 refund. After, June 1st, there will be no refunds.
- To get the refund from Uke U, email us firstname.lastname@example.org, give us the name the registration was charged to, the amount paid, and an address to mail the refund check to. After sending us this information, please allow several weeks for delivery. Although we usually send out the check within a week, it seems that mail service can sometime take longer than expected.
